Remote Junior Dispatcher for Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

Location:

• Remote Schedule:  Form 8 am to 5pm EST (New York Time)  (8 hour shift), Monday to Friday with every other weekend availability.

Language:

• Speak English and Spanish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling:  - You will schedule vehicles to pick up and drop off clients to their medical appointments  - You will inform drivers of their assignments for the day and/or week.  - You must be able to schedule last-minute trips requests and be sure the clients reach their appointments on-time.

Communication:

•   - You will communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and drivers to ensure that everyone is aware of the schedule and any changes that may occur. - You will be listening and speaking to people by dispatching software and phone.
