Remote Lodge Manager – Milford & Routeburn Tracks

Ultimate Hikes in New Zealand is looking for a Lodge Manager to oversee daily lodge operations during multi-day guided walks on the Milford and Routeburn Tracks. The position is seasonal, from mid October 2026 to mid April 2027. Candidates should be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

The Lodge Manager will lead a team, manage guest services, and ensure lodge operations comply with safety regulations. This role requires experience in guest hospitality and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
