Insight Global is seeking an Expert Software Engineer operating at a principal level, combining advanced software engineering expertise with emerging AI-driven development capabilities.

This is a pure software engineering role at its core, requiring deep hands-on experience across the modern .NET stack—including C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture on Azure.
You will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable backend systems while helping the organization build agentic AI pipelines from the ground up—introducing automation across development, QA, and performance workflows.
