Recruitment Virtual Assistant (Cyber Recruiter)
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Virtual Assistant to support daily recruiting operations and help build a strong pipeline of potential agents. In this role, you will manage prospecting activities, coordinate appointments, maintain CRM records, and engage recruits through strategic communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage potential recruits using multiple lead sources
Schedule and confirm recruiting appointments and Zoom meetings
Conduct follow-ups through calls, texts, emails, and drip campaigns
Invite recruits to training sessions, webinars, and company events
Maintain and update CRM databases, including Command
Support recruiting campaigns through social media and email marketing
Use recruiting scripts effectively for outreach and appointment setting
Ensure consistent communication and pipeline management
