Job Description
As the Sales Representative for Oregon, you will play a key role in sales of Screw Products, Inc. (SPI) products to retailers and wholesalers/distributors. Your main task is to maintain and expand the business in Oregon through long-term relationships with existing new partners and customers, growing sales and ultimately contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
What You Will Do
- Maintain and develop SPI product sales for retail and wholesale/distribution customers and partners throughout the state of Oregon
- Nurture and grow accounts by ensuring strong relationships with customers
- Identify and navigate profitability opportunities in different sales channels
- Understand customer needs, including technical requirements, company policies and purchasing culture
- Analyze sales challenges and find creative solutions to overcome objections
