Job Description: This person will start on 83,000 sq ft ambulatory center project
Responsibilities

+ Lead and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, including planning, preconstruction, execution, and closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and design intent.

+ Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal partners throughout the design and construction process to promote teamwork, effective problem-solving, and alignment with project objectives.

+ Direct and support the design team in developing conceptual budgets and leading design value engineering efforts, balancing creativity and constructability to achieve cost-effective, high-performing solutions.

+ Develop, manage, and regularly update comprehensive project schedules, establishing milestone dates and ensuring all activities comply with contract requirements, client expectations, and company priorities.
