Remote Takeoff Specialist - Construction Estimator

Remote VA is looking for an experienced Takeoff Specialist to read and interpret construction plans while performing accurate quantity takeoffs. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in using QuickBooks and BlueBeam software for project estimating and documentation.

Responsibilities include managing financial data, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring accuracy in all takeoffs. This is a full-time position with a 9-5 EST schedule, offering a work-from-home setup.
