About the role..
This position is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the organisation's remuneration, benefits, and people analytics frameworks. The role ensures the organisation remains competitive, compliant, data-driven, and aligned to business strategy while providing actionable insights to support executive and people decisions. You will work closely with the P&C and finance teams.
