Job Description
Beyond Homes is building the next generation brand for single family rental living, and currently operates in five (5) markets, meaning you will have constant responsibilities to manage home renovation and turn projects remotely, including managing the scope, budget, local vendors, approving payments and quality control at the end of the project.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage multiple rental home renovation and turn projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Create project estimates, review scopes of work, error-check budgets, and keep our project management software updated with the latest information. Training will be provided for scope creation and budgeting.
- Coordinate vendors and schedule the core trades needed for each renovation project, ensuring timelines remain accurate and work progresses efficiently.
