Rental Sales Specialist (Heavy Equipment & AWP)

CDHorizon is seeking an experienced Rental Sales Specialist to lead and expand its Oil & Gas division within the UAE. The role is responsible for managing rental operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring fleet utilization, and maintaining strong relationships with Oil & Gas clients, EPC contractors, and government entities while ensuring compliance with UAE safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rental operations for heavy construction equipment used in Oil & Gas projects, including earthmoving equipment, AWP, generators, and specialized machinery.
• Develop and execute rental strategies to maximize fleet utilization, profitability, and market penetration within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and government clients across the UAE.
