The Reporting Analyst is responsible for metric reporting and analysis, billing and operational processes, as well as day-to-day inquiries.
- Location Specifics: Megatower, Mandaluyong
- Position Setup: Hybrid (Twice in a month)
- Shift: M-F 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM - 3rd Shift
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in RPO, with exposure to reporting and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to support reporting activities, manage client/stakeholder relationships, and maintain clear, consistent communication
- Proven track record in stakeholder and client management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (required)
- Experience with SQL, Macros (VBA) and PowerQuery is preferred
