Overview

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reporting Lead to manage and drive the reporting activities for the Capital Renewal Program in Saudi Arabia. The Reporting Lead oversees program-wide reporting, analytics, and executive visibility for the program at KAUST, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights across all projects to support leadership in strategic decision-making, governance, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports related to the Capital Renewal Program.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized reporting frameworks covering scope, cost, schedule, risks, and KPIs ensuring governance, accuracy, and consistency.
