About the role

Basic Requirements
- Work on-site from our offices in BOGOTA
- Rotating schedules from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
- English level B1 speaking is a must.
- Good communication skills, patience, and attention to detail.
- At least 10-12 months of experience in customer service.
