We are seeking a Claims Advisor to manage first‑party automobile claims and provide exceptional customer service. The role reports to the Team Leader and is based in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and settle first‑party automobile claims.
• Guide customers through the first‑notice‑of‑loss (FNOL) by telephone, setting up the report and outlining next steps.
• Provide prompt, courteous, accurate, and fair claims service to all customers, internal and external.
• Take ownership of each call, handling it to resolution and ensuring promised actions are completed.
• Explain the claim process to customers in clear, understandable language.
• Confirm coverage under the customer’s policy.
• Ensure all claims are promptly investigated.
