Representative II, Customer Care Order Placement

**SHIFT:** Your new hire training will take place Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, mandatory attendance is required. Once you have completed new hire training, you will take part in a shift bid to determine your schedule. Shift bid schedule is based on business need. You must be open and flexible to work any hours assigned M-F 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST and will also involve Saturday hours 9 am EST- 3 pm EST or as business needs dictate.
