Representative Payroll
**Job Description**:
The Representative, Payroll provides support to the Payroll team to ensure that payroll recordkeeping and maintenance are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to support all Payroll activities.
- Involved in the collection and validation of payroll related data from Operations for processing
- Sort out physical mail (where applicable) addressed to Payroll and direct to appropriate parties within the team for action/resolution
- Scan documents and maintain filing of payroll records where applicable
- Handle password resets for payroll related tools (where applicable)
- Assist in global work and initiatives as needed
