Request for proposal: custodial and cleaning services

Exploration High School (Ex HS) is inviting proposals for custodial and cleaning services for the 2026–2027 school year.

Scope of Services Requested Nightly cleaning schedule for all classrooms and shared spaces. Service Monday through Friday, every evening, after school dismissal. Cleaning to be performed when the building is unoccupied by students and most staff. Provider must coordinate scheduling and any building‑access procedures with school leadership. Responsibilities Classroom Cleaning Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners as needed. Wipe down and sanitize desks, tables, and high‑touch surfaces (door handles, light switches). Sweep, dust‑mop, and/or vacuum classroom floors. Spot‑clean spills, smudges, and marks on walls, doors, and floors. Tidy and reset rooms to a ready‑for‑students condition.
