Job Description
- Maintain and update accurate financial records using Tally software (Tally Prime or Tally.ERP 9).
- Perform daily data entry for sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and trial balances on a regular basis.
- Generate and manage invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and GST-compliant reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, VAT, and other statutory requirements as per Indian regulations.
- Support the accounting team in audit preparation and documentation.
- Resolve discrepancies in accounts promptly and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data at all times.
