This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product leadership, development teams, and solution architects to drive requirements management, backlog refinement, Agile delivery readiness, and HR system implementation activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong Federal HR domain knowledge, PeopleSoft experience, and the ability to lead complex functional discussions across cross-functional teams.
