Position Overview

In this role, you’ll take the lead on Requirements Management for our Infrastructure group, working closely with engineers across all levels. From bid phase to project delivery, you’ll be the go‑to for driving requirements activities—often with minimal supervision. Location

This position is based at our Oakville, Ontario location, with flexibility for travel to and from the US and Canada. Responsibilities

Serve as the Requirements Manager for Infrastructure projects in the conceptual, preliminary, and final design stages for complex infrastructure projects. Work with a team in providing systems engineering & integration requirements responsibilities and oversight for infrastructure projects involving multiple systems and subsystems. Manage all requirement management activities using tools such as Helix ALM, IBM Doors Suite, JAMA Connect, or similar. Deploy and apply Kiewit standard processes and tools.
