Research and Development Associate

Location: General Santos, Onsite

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing raw materials and conducting product formulation or sample trials based on R&D protocols.
• Support sensory tests, shelf‑life evaluations, and documentation of trial results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab equipment, utensils, and workstations according to GMP and food safety standards.
• Monitor and track inventory of raw materials, packaging, and lab supplies.
• Coordinate with R&D Specialists or Technologists for administrative tasks such as sample labeling, test set‑up, and filing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related science course; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory safety protocols.
