# About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. BSc awarded (or soon to be awarded*) in a biomedical field (e.g. chemistry, biology, medical physics, pharmacy).
2. Experience in the safe handling of radioactive materials, including gamma, alpha, beta and /or positron emitters
3. Experience in the management of radionuclides for medical research, including knowledge of basic radiochemistry, nuclear physics and radioactive waste management
4. Experience in cell culture, and the isolation and analysis of cells and tissues (e.g. Flow Cytometry, Histology (IHC/IF), microscopy).
5. Experience in preclinical imaging and experimentation (e.g. PET/SPECT, IVIS/optical, MRI), including animal handling
6. Experience in maintenance and day-to-day running of research lab equipment
7. Experience in study/experimental design and analysis of complex research data
