Research Associate (Communication/Psychology/Public Health/Behavioral Sciences/Social Science)

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is looking for a Research Associate under the project The advertised position will be based in the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI) and work under the supervision of Principal Investigator Prof Shirley S. Ho.

Focusing on the social science components of the project, the Research Associate will work with the PI and research team to drive the operationalisation of a large-scale lifestyle and values survey aimed at a psychosocial segmentation of the population cohort across Singapore’s adult population. This research will identify attitudinal and socio-cultural variables that underpin trust, risk perception, and receptiveness to health messaging. The scope includes surveys on health behaviours, lifestyle practices, and psychological traits, forming the empirical basis for the AI-driven population segmentation models.
