# About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience. Please note that all applications **must** be accompanied by a supporting statement. PhD (or equivalent) level in membrane biophysics, optical microscopy or multiphase microfluidics. 2. Strong research track record in membrane biophysics, optical microscopy or multiphase microfluidics. Preferably demonstrated by first author publications in international journals. 3. Ability to work dynamically and independently to set and attain research objectives. 4. Ability to work as part of a team and to be open minded and cooperative. 5. Creative approach to experimental problem-solving using innovative and flexible thinking 6.
