Research Associate, In Vivo

Frontier Medicines is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate II to join the In Vivo Phamacology group. This role combines hands-on in vivo pharmacology work in our South San Francisco vivarium with translational research responsibilities, The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced drug-discovery environment, contributing to both internal preclinical studies and translational medicine activities.


What will you be doing?

In Vivo Pharmacology:

+ Execute in vivo experiments to evaluate the efficacy and PKPDTE relationship of novel compounds across multiple programs.

+ Conduct murine-based tumor model studies, including animal handling, dosing via multiple routes, and health monitoring

+ Perform mouse necropsies, tissue harvest, blood collection, and sample processing for downstream analysis

+ Formulate and prepare test substances for in vivo administration
