# About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. PhD in Nutritional Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline
2. Experience with LC-MS/MS, high-resolution mass spectrometry, metabolomics or related analytical techniques relevant to polyphenol analysis
3. Experience in sample preparation, analytical method development, and data analysis related to polyphenol analysis
4. Ability to analyse, interpret, and present complex scientific datasets
5. Evidence of research outputs, including peer-reviewed publications and/or conference presentations
6. Ability to work independently and manage research activities to meet project objectives and deadlines **Desirable criteria** 1. Experience in the analysis of other type of biological samples such as cortisol or short chain fatty acids
