Research associate -Medicinal Chemistry

Key responsibilities & skills:

Strong foundation in synthetic organic chemistry, and linker–payload synthesis and advanced synthetic methodologies

Proven experience in multi-step synthesis and complex purification techniques

Expertise in analytical data interpretation, including LC-MS, NMR, and chiral/achiral analyses, for structure elucidation

Sound knowledge of laboratory safety practices and compliance standards

Proficient in scientific literature review and use of database search tools

Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

Prior experience in a Discovery CRO or medicinal chemistry environment (preferred)

Qualification :MSc Organic Chemistry

Experience : 6 to 8 Yrs
