Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for conducting research on musculoskeletal injury risk and mitigating factors in various work environments, as well as design, implement, and evaluate exercise-based prehabilitation programmes to optimize human work performance through improvement of musculoskeletal health and prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders. The successful candidate will be part of an active research team led by Asst. Prof. Bryan Tan from Rehabilitation Research Institute of Singapore (RRIS).
Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct mixed-methods research on musculoskeletal health in occupational and community settings.
Design and implement cohort-wide studies using questionnaires, interviews, and real-time task observations.
Collect multimodal data via motion-capture, physiological, and environmental sensors.
Assess human performance capacities using multidomain outcome measures.
