Job Responsibilities
LAB MANAGEMENT, OVERSIGHT & TRAINING
Directly supervising laboratory personnel and laboratory activities; including: hiring/recruitment/onboarding, annual performance management, managing schedules/time off requests, maintaining employee records (specifically regarding mandatory clinic practice and research-related initiatives) and overseeing project assignment and monitoring staff capacity.Training CCTR personnel and students on laboratory research topics and maintaining appropriate records of all training activities.Support quality control and quality assurance processes related to the study; implement study quality assurance and quality management plans; review study records, including study charts, case report forms, informed consent forms, and other essential documents, for accuracy and completeness; identify and seek appropriate correction of any errors or omissions within the study rec...
