This is a great opportunity to support the division that develops the most sophisticated optical inspection technology deployed by all semiconductor manufacturers across the globe to detect critical defects in patterned semiconductor wafers. Acquire expertise in the physics of defect signal and noise in optical inspection of highly sophisticated circuitry, and large-scale simulation and data analysis.
In this role you will:
Work with Customers, Marketing and Applications Engineers to understand wafer fabrication processes and defects for optical inspection.
Perform electro-magnetic simulations and measurements to assess optical inspection sensitivity of patterned-wafer defects.
