Job Description
Responsibilities
- Differentiate and characterize multiple stem cell derived retinal lines
- Perform cellular and molecular characterization of RPE using advanced laboratory techniques (e.g., immunostaining, gene expression analysis, microscopy).
- Develop and conduct in-vitro allogeneic response assays to assess immunogenicity.
- Lead experimental designs, perform data analysis, and upkeep accurate documentation of research findings.
- Collaborate closely with team members on translational research aimed at therapeutic application.
- Operate and maintain specialized lab equipment, ensuring compliance with laboratory safety standards.
- PhD degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Stem Cell Biology, Regenerative Medicine, and Immunology.
