Description
Job Responsibilities
In vitro experiments -Prepares cell culture materials, media and reagents. Performs sample processing for polychramtic flow cytometry on a regular basis, and validates and develops antibody panels for such purpose
In vivo experiments - Oversees IACUC protocol and ordering of animals. Plans in vivo experiments. Performs tumor engraftment, T cell administration, imaging and surgical procedures
Data Acquisition, Analysis, Summarization, Reporting/Presentation - Provides data summaries, tables, graphs and figures for reports and presentations. Performs data entry and verification into databases in support of early phase cell and gne therapy clinical trials.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
