We're partnering with a growing fintech company to hire a Research Team Lead to build and drive their research function from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on research with leadership and wants to play a key role in shaping business decisions across product, operations, and strategy.

What you’ll do

• Lead market, user, and competitor research to support business decisions
• Deliver actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Monitor trends across fintech, trading, and digital asset markets
• Build and manage a small research team
• Develop research frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Data teams
