To maintain momentum in our experimental and development activities in R&D, Morrow is seeking a Research Technician to join our Mix & Coat team on the Pouch Cell Line at our research center in Grimstad.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and mix materials according to specified formulations.
- Operate and maintain equipment for electrode production.
- Assemble cells and modules with precision and adherence to protocols.
- Perform quality control tests and record data accurately.
- Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes under the guidance of senior staff.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, following all safety protocols.
- Document experimental procedures and results in regular reports.
