As Reservations Agent you’ll be handling hotel reservations via phone, email, & online platformsProcess bookings, amendments, and cancellations accuratelyRespond to guest inquiries and provide hotel information and ratesCoordinate with hotels and internal departments to confirm availabilityMaintain accurate reservation records and guest detailsRequirements:
South African national or those with valid work permitExperienced in hotel reservationsTertiary qualification in hospitality or related fieldSalary package: R19000 ctc
