Reservations Specialist — Customer Care & Booking

Atain is looking for a customer service representative based in the Philippines who enjoys talking to people and solving problems. Responsibilities include communicating with customers through phone, email, and chat, providing answers about products and their availability, and working alongside internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should be a Senior High School or College graduate, possess strong communication skills, and be open to working on shifting schedules including weekends.
