Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
* RSA ID and legal residence essential
* Minimum 6 years experience in a reservations department or travel/tourism call centre
* Proven experience as a Senior Reservations Consultant or Team Lead
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
* PMS knowledge (eRES, Nebula, Opera, Apex, CRM systems) advantageous
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and manage the Central Reservations Team
* Oversee all reservations via phone, email, WhatsApp, online platforms, and systems
