Burcham Hills is an upscale senior living retirement community located in the backyard of Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. We currently have a vacancy for a Residency Sales Counselor to work a Full Time schedule. In this position a Residency Sales Counselor will be responsible for lead development and relationship building interaction with prospects. Independently able to deliver sales and closing activity which meets or exceeds expectations by thoroughly understanding product and market variables, discovering prospect needs, overcoming obstacles and conducting effective negotiation.
