Resident Engineer – Freight Facilities

Job Description

AECOM is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer for a major Freight Facilities Project located in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi. The Resident Engineer will lead and manage the site supervision team, ensuring all construction activities comply with contract requirements, project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedule.

Job Duties

• Lead and manage the site supervision team for the Freight Facilities Project in Ruwais.
• Monitor the Contractor’s work progress against the approved construction programme and identify potential delays or risks.
• Ensure compliance with Contract Documents, specifications, approved drawings, and project procedures.
• Supervise construction activities related to freight facilities, roads, utilities, logistics yards, service corridors, drainage, and associated infrastructure works.
