Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support to troubleshoot and remediation for following technology: Network Infrastructure, Wireless connectivity and Printer Driver Issues
- Assist in the following technology: System Infrastructure, Meeting Room Booking System (app), Door Access System (Key Card, Facial Scan, QR Code), Booking System (app), Skype & Microsoft Exchange and Printing Facility
- Provide technical assistance and support for users
- Conduct routine maintenance
- Minor network changes and setup (eg. new SSID creation, configure new network point, etc.)
- Training (Policies & End User Computing Policies)
- Review of user access to ensure dormant/obsolete user accounts are removed or made inactive in the system in a timely manner following appropriate authorization
