Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Monitoring
Monitor and manage Application Delivery Controllers (ADC), Load Balancers, and related infrastructure components. Ensure optimal system health, resource utilization, and traffic performance across supported environments. Review system logs, alerts, dashboards, and monitoring tools to proactively identify issues. Perform routine operational checks including CPU utilization, memory usage, active sessions, and network throughput. Verify backup integrity and failover readiness to support business continuity requirements. Provide operational support during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, business days). Troubleshoot and resolve application delivery, load balancing, and ADC-related incidents. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for service disruptions and recurring issues. Coordinate with vendor technical support teams, including Sangf or TAC, for issue escalation and resolution. Ensure timely incident ...
