Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)
Cambridge
Temporary Contract 
£19.05 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) across residential properties in the Cambridge area.


The Role


As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between residents and the site team, ensuring tenants are kept fully informed throughout the works being carried out to their homes.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building positive relationships with residents

  • Providing clear communication before, during, and after works

  • Handling resident queries and concerns professionally

  • Coordinating access arrangements and appointments

  • Supporting site teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
