Resident Services Coordinator (LA AFB)

WinnCompanies is looking for a Resident Services Coordinator to join our military housing team at Tierra Vista Communities - LA Air Force Base in San Pedro, CA.In this role, you will assist and coordinate all requests from military families with the property management team, including move ins, move outs, inquiries, and community standards enforcement. The ideal candidate will also maintain curb appeal and coordinate community activities.The pay range for this role is $$ per hour dependent on experience. This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.
