RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (C&S)

Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure works are executed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Perform all duties and responsibilities of a Resident Officer (RTO) in accordance with the requirements stipulated by BCA.

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, method statements, work schedules, and site instructions.

Review construction drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and promptly report to the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for necessary action.

Inspect materials delivered to site and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards; initiate and follow up on corrective actions for any non-conformance.
