Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To study and familiarise with the whole development’s organisation, Site conditions, Conditions of Contract, Conditions of Sub-contract, M&E Specification/Drawings, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist drawings, Coordination of M&E, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist elements
- To carry out site supervision and inspection cords of all works done, including records of test inspections, status of work of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the installation works are constructed in compliance with the design intent, specification, working/approved drawings and quality of works required under the terms of the contract.
