Oversee the construction of mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing, and sanitary systems.

Monitor the installation of electrical systems, distribution networks, and power management infrastructure.

Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performance.

Work closely with the Resident Engineer, M&E contractors, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
