Residential Childcare Support Worker and Senior Location: Woodville, Swadlincote (DE11) Salary: £32,900 - £34,900 per annum including 5 sleep-ins We are recruiting on behalf of a growing childrens care provider opening their first childrens residential home in Woodville near Swadlincote. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the founding team of a brand-new Learning Disabilities service supporting young people within a small therapeutic environment with a strong 3:1 staffing ratio. The home will initially support one 15-year-old young person, with capacity for two children overall.
