Residential Lettings Negotiator - Dublin 2

Engage People are excited to partner with a phenomenal Residential Tenancy business based in Central Dublin, who are on the look out for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is a customer facing position so we are looking to speak with confident, personable candidates with a number of years experience dealing with individual tenants and individual landlords, in the Dublin market. The firm have a terrific support team based in the office and so a lot of the administration, accounts, inspections and every day property management is already looked after, although the successful candidate will be expected to step in when needed. The company have an extensive portfolio and the environment is dynamic and full on, so we are looking to speak to candidates who are seasoned professionals as opposed to newly qualified and looking to learn.
