Residential Support Lead

72 hours per fortnight rostered shifts including some weekend work

Te mahi angitu - The opportunity

• Provide strong supportive leadership of Support Worker staff with regular feedback and performance management when required.
• Be responsible for the monitoring of support worker education including induction/orientation and compliance with all expected learning and competencies
• Ensure high quality of care by regular monitoring of tasks and education
• Support the Nurse Lead & Allied Health Lead to ensure all care and rehabilitation needs of kiritaki/clients are met within established policies, procedures and required standards
• Perform the role of Key Worker and ensure Primary Support Workers complete specific tasks and reporting as contractually required
