About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide consistent overnight care, safety, and emotional support to children and young people with complex trauma, attachment needs, and behavioural difficulties living in solo residential placements. You will create a calm, nurturing environment, supporting emotional regulation, responding to incidents, and ensuring each young person feels safe and secure. The role is guided by trauma-informed practice, including PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP).
